
Shipping & RETURNS
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders over $125 has free shipping included, orders below $125 is $13 for shipping.
All shipping is via Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will take your package to the closest Australia Post Office.
A tracking Number will be email to you to track your order.
Please allow 1 – 3 business days for dispatch using Australian registered post.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your purchase from the date the order is received by REBECCA LOUISE.
At this stage shipping is within Australia only. If you are overseas please email for a cost of shipping to your country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us via email at rebeccalouisebkh@gmail.com to advise us of the reason for your refund or return.
Please note, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened (See allergic reactions). We cannot accept returns or refunds of Clearance items.
Once we have confirmed the return or refund via email, please pack up the items carefully to ensure they arrive at our warehouse safely. We are not responsible for products that are damaged in transit and refunds will not be processed on damaged goods received back.
To post your return to us, please follow the instructions sent to you via email.
Change of Mind / Ordered Incorrect Item:
You are welcome to return your product to us if you have a change of mind or have ordered the wrong item if the product is not opened and no damage has occurred to the product or packaging. Please contact us to advise if you would like to exchange or receive a refund.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser. Please ensure that the product is sent back to us unopened, unused and in original packaging.
Damaged in Transit/ Incorrect Items Received:
If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please take a photo, and contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Then follow the instructions sent via email to return the product. A replacement item will not be sent until we have received the original item back.
Allergic Reaction:
In the rare instance of an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back at our warehouse. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had a chance to chat with you.
