A text message reminder and/or reminder email is sent out via our booking system 48 hours prior to your appointment to give you plenty of time to reschedule if you cannot make your appointment.
CANCELLATION NOTICE
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. Failure to provide us with timely notification or missed appointments will result in your deposit not being refunded. We have a waiting list so the more notice given allows us to fill that appointment and save you from a late cancellation fee.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrival will mean reduced treatment time.
SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS
Any specials or promotions are strictly for the terms of that promotion only and will not exceed the date of the promotion unless agreed to by Rebecca Louise herself. Gift Cards cannot be purchased for these promotions or special offers as the Gift Voucher have a 3 year expiry and the promotions is only run for a short time.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be redeemed for services or products at Rebecca Louise. Full priced vouchers are valid for 3 years. Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

We offers a range of payment options including: Cash, Credit Card, EFTPOS or Direct Debit.
